Committee Member Barry Buchanan called the meeting to order at 1:17
Present: 2 - Barry Buchanan, and Carol Frazey
Absent: 1 - Tyler Byrd
Also Present: Todd Donovan, Ben Elenbaas, Kaylee Galloway, and Kathy Kershner

1. AE32023-949. Nomination and appointment of Committee Chair
Frazey moved that Buchanan be NOMINATED AND APPOINTED. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 2 - Buchanan, and Frazey
Nay: 0
Absent: 1 - Byrd
Buchanan was appointed as Chair and continued with the meeting.
