Committee Chair Barry Buchanan called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m.
in a hybrid meeting.
Present: 3 - Barry Buchanan, Tyler Byrd, and Carol Frazey

Special Presentation
1. A 2022-4.110 Report from Juvenile Court
Dave Reynolds, Superior Court Director, reported and answered questions
about the average daily population of Juvenile Detention and whether an
average of three means there are actually an average of three or four people
in the facility on a given day, whether there was ever discussion in the past
about the courts using the juvenile detention facility space and relocating
the youth, and how young the youngest kids are in the facility.
