RESOLUTION NO. 2022-034
(A resolution of the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District Board of Supervisors)
AMENDMENT NO. 4 OF THE 2022 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 2022 budget for the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District and
Subzones was adopted November 23, 2021; and,
WHEREAS, several capital appropriations have been added to the 2022 Flood Control Zone
District budget through previous supplemental requests; and,
WHEREAS, the language to amend budget resolution - Exhibit B Flood Capital Program was
inadvertently omitted from the previous supplemental requests,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone
District Board of Supervisors that the 2022 budget as approved in Resolution 2021-051 is
hereby amended by adding the following additional amounts to Exhibit B included therein:
