To appropriate $187,075 in River & Flood to fund additional capacity in Flood by adding two new staff and reclassifying a third. 2. To appropriate $1,950,000 in River & Flood to fund voluntary buy-out and elevation program for flood -impacted homes from grant proceeds. 3. To appropriate $450,000 in River & Flood to fund floodplain integrated planning process from grant proceeds. 4. To appropriate $270,000 in River & Flood to fund Timon Levee rehabilitation. 5. To appropriate $115,000 in River & Flood to fund Upper Hampton Levee flood damage repair. 6. To appropriate $1,200,000 in River & Flood to fund Everson Overflow pipeline bank stabilization project from FEMA funding. 7. To appropriate $987,000 in River & Flood to fund Jones Creek deflection berm project supported by grant proceeds. 8. To recognize $281,775 in River & Flood of increased FEMA funding for 90% reimbursement rather than 75%. 9.
