Committee Chair Kathy Kershner called the meeting to order at 1:10 p.m.
in a hybrid meeting.
Present: 3 - Barry Buchanan, Kaylee Galloway, and Kathy Kershner
Absent: None

1. AB2022-103 Presentation of Phase 1 Report of COVID-19 Pandemic Response Review project
Cathy Halka, Council Legislative Analyst, briefed the Councilmembers and
the following consultant team members presented:

Andrew nester, Public works Department, orierea the Counci!members
and answered whether there is any way they would use the property as a
right-of-way for a road unless they are building through a wetland, whether
there is public access to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR)
property other than that right-of-way through a wetland, whether there are
any issues with this road that may come up from the public either tonight or
at a later date, why the market analysis is $11,000 and whether it is because
it is wetland or just because of the size of it, what happens to the property
once this vacation takes place, and whether it gets split between the two
petitioners or added to their parcels.
