Committee Chair Ben Elenbaas called the meeting to order at 2 p.m. in a
hybrid meeting.
Present: 3 - Todd Donovan, Ben Elenbaas, and Kaylee Galloway
Absent: None
Also Present: Barry Buchanan, Carol Frazey, and Kathy Kershner

1. AB2022®218, Discussion of proposed ordinance adopting amendments to the Whatcom County
Comprehensive Plan relating to capital facilities planning
The following staff briefed the Councilmembers:
• Steve Roberge, Planning and Development Services Department
• Mike McFarlane, Parks and Recreation Department Director
Dana Brown -Davis, Clerk of the Council, stated no recommendation is
needed from the Committee because the related Ordinance is on the agenda
for introduction tonight.
This agenda item was DISCUSSED.
