AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2021-064 (REVIEW OF RESPONSE TO COVID-19
PANDEMIC) TO CHANGE PROJECT TIMELINE
WHEREAS on July 13, 2021, Whatcom County Council adopted Ordinance No. 2021-
045 to establish an independent review of the community response to the COVID-19
Pandemic; and
WHEREAS on October 12, 2021, Whatcom County Council adopted Ordinance 2021-
064 amending Ordinance 2021-045 to revise consultant details and project timeline; and
WHEREAS, on January 11, 2022, Whatcom County Council authorized a contract with
BERK Consulting to complete the project; and
WHEREAS, on January 27, 2022, the project team held a kick off meeting and
identified further revisions to the project timeline, extending the report delivery date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that Ordinance No. 2021-064 is hereby
amended to.,revi5e,the report delivery date to September 30, 2022.
