This project will include an industrial -standard street complete with curbs, gutters and sidewalks. All utilities, including water, sanitary sewer and stormwater are already in place. This project will connect the northern industrial area to Birch Bay-Lynden Road, providing Public Works, safe and efficient access to State Route 539 Economic and I-5.
