Committee member Todd Donovan called the meeting to order at 3:41 p.m.
in a virtual meeting.
Present: 3 - Ben Elenbaas, Todd Donovan, and Kaylee Galloway
Absent: None
Also Present: Barry Buchanan, Tyler Byrd, Carol Frazey, and Kathy Kershner

Special Order of Business
1. AB2022-03 L Nomination and appointment of committee chair
Elenbaas moved to nominate Galloway. The motion was seconded by
Donovan.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3 - Elenbaas, Galloway, and Donovan
Nay: 0
Galloway thanked the committee members and gave closing comments.
This agenda item was APPOINTED.
Galloway was appointed as Chair
