Call To Order
Roll Call
Council Chair Barry Buchanan called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m. in a
virtual meeting.
Present: 4 - Barry Buchanan, Tyler Byrd, Ben Elenbaas, and Carol Frazey
Absent: 3 - Rud Browne, Todd Donovan, and Kathy Kershner
Announcements
Committee Discussion
Attorney Present: None.
Buchanan stated that discussion of agenda item one may take place in
executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(a). Executive session will
conclude no later than 9:30 a.m. If the meeting extends beyond the stated
conclusion time, Council staff will make a public announcement.
Frazey moved to go into executive session until no later than 9:30 a.m. to
discuss the agenda item pursuant to the RCW citation as announced by the
Council Chair. The motion was seconded by Byrd.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 4 - Buchanan, Byrd, Elenbaas, and Frazey
Nay: 0
