Call To Order
Roll Call
Committee Chair Todd Donovan called the meeting to order at 9:45 a.m. in
a virtual meeting.
Present: 3 - Todd Donovan, Ben Elenbaas, and Barry Buchanan
Absent: None

Special Presentation
1. AB2021-596 Report from the Parks and Recreation Department
Mike McFarlane, Parks and Recreation Department Director, reported and
answered whether the County owns the city building in Everson used for the
senior program, how the Birch Bay berm performed during the storm this
week, and whether there are porta-potties available while the Glacier
restroom septic system is down.
Jim Karcher, Public Works Department, also answered the question about
the Birch Bay berm.
