This fund shall be used to account for the revenues and expenditures of the improvement project described above, and Page 1 1 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the Goshen 2 Road/Anderson Creek Bridge No. 248 Replacement Fund is approved as described 3 in Exhibit A with an initial project budget of $500,000.
