Committee Chair Carol Frazey called the meeting to order at 1 p.m. in a
virtual meeting.
Present: 2 - Carol Frazey, and Todd Donovan
Absent: 1 - Rud Browne

Committee Discussion and Recommendation to Council
1. AB2021 598 Discussion and request for motion regarding community requested revision to the
Birch Bay Golf Cart Zone boundary
The following people briefed the Councilmembers:
• Doug Ranney, Public Works Department
• Doralee Booth, Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce
Donovan moved to recommend to the full Council that they request that the
Public Works Department create an ordinance to extend the zone to Gemini
Street.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 2 - Donovan and Frazey
Nay: 0
Absent: 1 - Browne

RECOMMENDED MOTION(S).
