Committee Chair Ben Elenbaas called the meeting to order at 2:20 p.m. in a
virtual meeting.
Present: 3 - Rud Browne, Ben Elenbaas, and Todd Donovan
Absent: None
Also Present: Barry Buchanan, Tyler Byrd, Carol Frazey, and Kathy Kershner

Special Presentation
1. AB2021-574, Report from the Planning and Development Services Department
Mark Personius, Planning and Development Services Department Director,
reported and introduced new department staff. He discussed with
Councilmembers whether Council will get a presentation on the new
permitting software when it is ready, and how constituents will be better
served by the software and new staff..
Jon -Paul Shannahan, Planning and Development Services Department,
Natural Resources Division Manager, answered questions about his new
employment with the department.
