Roll Call
Committee Chair Carol Frazey called the meeting to order at 1:05 p.m. in a
virtual meeting.
Present: 2 - Carol Frazey, and Todd Donovan
Absent: 1 - Rud Browne
Also Present: Barry Buchanan, Tyler Byrd, and Kathy Kershner

Committee Discussion
1. AB2021-537 Discussion of Ordinance amending the Six -Year Capital Improvement Program for
Whatcom County Facilities (2021-2026)
The following people briefed the Councilmembers and answered questions
about the Central Plaza building and when the related ordinance would be
introduced:
• Matt Aamot, Planning and Development Services Department
• Rob Ney, Administrative Services Department
Clerk's note: Aamot stated the ordinance would be on the agenda for
introduction at the next meeting but later offered a correction that it is on
the agenda for introduction tonight.
Donovan moved to recommend that the ordinance be forwarded to the full
Council for introduction.

Nay: 0
Absent: 1 - Browne
