Employees with vacation anticipated to be above the 280 hours carryover maximum can cash out up to forty (40) hours at 100% at the end of 2021. Requests for cash out must be submitted no later than November 30. 6.4.5 Paid Time Off Bank Carryover/Cash Out (Groups A and B . No more than three hundred and seventy (370) PTO hours at the end of the business day on December 31 can be carried over to the following calendar year; any additional hours are forfeited. Employees with PTO anticipated to be above the 370 hours carry over maximum can cash out up to forty (40) hours at 100% at the end of 2021. Requests for cash out must be submitted no later than November 30. AND FURTHER, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 2020-046 is hereby amended as described herein effective September 14, 2021.
