The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Council Chair Dan McShane
in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
Present: Absent:

Sharon Roy
L. Ward Nelson
Nelson moved to go into executive session for 30 minutes to discuss the
two agenda items.
Motion carried 5-0 with Fleetwood and Crawford out of the room,
1. DISCUSSION WITH CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY PROSECUTOR RANDALL
WATTS REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION (AB2003-018)
2. DISCUSSION WITH THE ADMINISTRATION REGARDING THE 2004
UNREPRESENTED SALARY RESOLUTION (AB2003-368)
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:00 p.m.
