The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Council Chair Dan McShane
in the Council Committee Room, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

1. DISCUSSION WITH A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE WHATCOM
COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION —
TWO CASES (AB2002-018)
Caskey-Schreiber moved to go into executive session for 30 minutes to
discuss this item.
Motion carried 4-0 with Crawford, Fleetwood, and Nelson out of the
room.
