Committee Chair Todd Donovan called the meeting to order at 10:10 a.m.
in a virtual meeting.

1. AB2021-166 Presentation from Climate Impact Advisory Committee of Climate Vulnerability
Factsheets
Chris Elder, Public Works Department, gave a presentation.
He answered questions about the low adaptive capacity rating for marine and
coastal ecosystems and how the interconnected nature of the marine
environment and overlapping political jurisdictions is a barrier to
adaptation, making sure the climate action plan is specific and action
oriented, and whether the assessment should be called a fact sheet.
This agenda item was PRESENTED AND DISCUSSED.
