1. AB2021-1 14 Report from the Prosecutor's Office
Eric Richey, Whatcom County Prosecuting Attorney, gave a report to the
Councilmembers and answered questions about the difficulty of criminal
trials in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and how the resulting backlog
of caseloads will affect staff.
