Roll Call
Committee Chair Carol Frazey called the meeting to order at 12:46 p.m. in
a virtual meeting.
Present: 3 - Carol Frazey, Todd Donovan and Kathy Kershner
Absent: None
Also present: Barry Buchanan and Ben Elenbaas
Announcements
Committee Discussion and Recommendation to Council
1. AB2020-415 Resolution approving the Birch Bay Water and Sewer District Comprehensive Water
System Plan Update
Kershner moved that the Resolution be recommended for approval.
Matt Aamot, Planning and Development Services Department, answered
whether there is something in State Law that states the Council has to
review these plans and whether Public Works has already reviewed it.
Kershner's motion that the Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR
APPROVAL carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3 - Frazey, Donovan and Kershner
Nay: 0
Absent: 0
2. AB2020-416 Resolution approving the Birch Bay Water and Sewer District Comprehensive Sewer
System Plan Update
Kershner moved that the Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR
APPROVAL. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3 - Frazey, Donovan and Kershner
Nay: 0
Absent: 0
