Committee Chair Ben Elenbaas called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m. in a
virtual meeting.

Also present: Barry Buchanan, Todd Donovan, Carol Frazey, and Kathy Kershner

Committee Discussion
1. AB2020-284 Discussion regarding PDS enforcement action
The following staff briefed the Councilmembers about the history of the
enforcement action regarding a motocross track.

They answered questions about and Councilmembers discussed how to
make sure moving forward that the County's policies don't force citizens
into feeling like the Planning Department is not there to help, and more
details about the circumstances of the recent case.
This agenda item was DISCUSSED.
Personius answered a question about dredging at Sandy Point.
The meeting adjourned at 5 p.m.
