Call To Order
Roll Call
Committee Chair Todd Donovan called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in
a virtual meeting.
Present: 3 - Todd Donovan, Ben Elenbaas and Carol Frazey
Absent: None
Also present: Rud Browne, Barry Buchanan, Tyler Byrd, and Kathy Kershner
Announcements
Committee Discussion and Recommendation to Council
1. AB2020-256 Resolution adopting the Lake Whatcom Management Program 2020-2024 Work
Plan
Gary Stoyka, Public Works Department, shared a presentation and updated
the Councilmembers on the Lake Whatcom Management Program
(LWMP). He answered whether the only changes to the work plan since
February are ones made in response to public comments and where
Councilmembers can see the actual numbers for the metrics listed in most
of the chapters. He briefed the Councilmembers on the Resolution.
Frazey moved that the Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3 - Donovan, Elenbaas and Frazey
Nay: 0
Absent: 0
