NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Council hereby approves the Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District Comprehensive Sewer System Plan 2020 update, subject to the following conditions: Sewer service shall be provided consistent with densities allowed in the Whatcom County Zoning Code (Title 20). 2.
