NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that 2020 appointee terms will expire on December 31, 2021. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all appointee terms thereafter shall be for two years. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that to qualify for appointment by the Council to fill a vacancy on the workgroup, a person shall be a registered voter and qualify as a representative of the specific member position. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Whatcom County Council voted on July 7, 2020 to approve a second member position to represent Homeless children and families. BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the workgroup may adopt its own rules and procedures to conduct busin����1e$r�dq;,®�®� day of July , 2020.
