ORDINANCE NO. 2020-024
AMENDMENT NO. 7 OF THE 2020 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council adopted Emergency Ordinance No. 2020-008
amending the 2020 Whatcom County budget in the amount of $250,000; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt a permanent ordinance to replace the emergency ordinance
as it expires on the sixty-first day following the date it became law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the 2019-2020
Whatcom County Budget Ordinance No. 2018-064 is hereby amended by adding the following
additional amounts to the 2020 budget included therein:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that this
