Committee Chair Barry Buchanan called the meeting to order at 4:54 p.m.
in the Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

Update on the Public Health, Safety, and Justice Facility Needs Assessment
Tyler Schroeder, Executive's Office, updated the Committee on the first meeting of
the Technical Advisory Committee last week, including examples and ideas from
HOK, thoughtful table discussion, and a conversation with City of Bellingham Mayor
Seth Fleetwood. He spoke about future meetings and the possibility of having
GoToMeetings due to the recent group gathering recommendations from the Health
Department.
