Committee member Barry Buchanan called the meeting to order at 1:05 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
Present: 3 - Barry Buchanan, Tyler Byrd and Carol Frazey
Absent: None
Also present: Rud Browne, Todd Donovan, Ben Elenbaas, Kathy Kershner

1. AB2020-032 Selection of Committee Chair
Frazey moved that Barry Buchanan be NOMINATED AND APPOINTED.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3 - Buchanan, Byrd and Frazey
Nay: 0
Absent: 0

Adjournment
Buchanan reported on an upcoming discussion in Special Committee of the Whole.
