NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 2020 Whatcom County Annual Construction Program is hereby approved as shown on the attachment hereto; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no changes be made in the program without the unanimous vote of the Whatcom County Council; and BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the 2020 Annual Construction Program be filed with the Director of Highways of the State of Washington.
