6 Council Chair Rud Browne called the meeting to order at 4:40 p.m. in the Council

12 Donovan, Carol Frazey, and Satpal Sidhu.

17 1. AB2019-387 DISCUSSION OF CASCADIA LAW GROUP'S RECOMMENDATIONS
18 FOR PROPOSED CHERRY POINT URBAN GROWTH AREA (UGA)
19 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND ZONING CODE AMENDMENTS

21 Karen Frakes, Prosecutor's Office, answered questions on the different versions of
22 the documents.

24 Donovan moved to forward the August 5, 2019 version of the Comprehensive Plan
25 changes to the Planning Commission.

27 The motion was seconded.
