45 Councilmembers and staff discussed input for the Executive on proposed changes
46 that the Board will vote on in September; input from the Planning Unit; the Council's role in
47 developing and approving the work plan; management team approval on all items; the
48 different approval requirements for the watershed management plan, the management
49 board work plan, and salmon recovery plan; combining flood management and water
50 resource functions; process for approving amendments to the plan; and the motion below.

52 Buchanan moved to allow councilmembers to submit comments on the content
53 only of the work plan and to hold another work session as early as possible in September.
