REPEALING ORDINANCE 2019-017
WHATCOM COUNTY CODE
SECTION 6.04, ANIMAL CONTROL
WHEREAS, Ordinance 2019-017 was introduced with the proper redline changes to
Section 6.04 of the Whatcom County Code; and
WHEREAS, Due to a clerical error in publishing the proposed ordinance, the wrong
ordinance was submitted for council review; and
WHEREAS, To ensure consistency with the proposed language changes, Ordinance
2019-17 is now repealed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that
Ordinance 2019-017 Amending Whatcom Code Section 6 of the Whatcom County Code is now
repealed.
