31 COUNTY EXECUTIVE'S REPORT

33 Tyler Schroeder, County Executive's Office, submitted information (on file) and
34 reported on the courthouse exterior project. He answered questions on the current budget
35 and future budget projections, adding to the scope of the project, and potential savings.
36 More information and a supplemental budget request will come forward to the Council in
37 two weeks.

39 Rob Ney, Administrative Services Department, answered questions.

51 Councilmembers and staff discussed sending this to the Incarceration Prevention &
52 Reduction Task Force, the plan approval process and funding requirements, and a deadline
