CALL TO ORDER
Council Vice -Chair Todd Donovan called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the
Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
ROLL CALL
Present: Barbara Brenner, Barry Buchanan, Tyler Byrd, Todd Donovan, Carole
Frazey, and Satpal Sidhu.
Absent: Barbara Brenner and Rud Browne.
COMMITTEE DISCUSSION
1. APPOINTMENT OF COUNCILMEMBER CAROL FRAZEY TO FILL VACANT
COUNCIL COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS (NATURAL RESOURCES
COMMITTEE, PUBLIC WORKS AND HEALTH COMMITTEE) (AB2018-
021)
Buchanan moved to appoint Carol Frazey to the Natural Resources Committee and
the Public Works and Health Committee.
The motion was seconded.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Buchanan, Byrd, Donovan, Frazey, and Sidhu (5)
Nays: None(0)
Absent: Brenner and Browne (2)
