CALL TO ORDER
Committee Chair Tyler Byrd called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
ROLL CALL
Present: Barbara Brenner, Tyler Byrd, and Todd Donovan
Absent: None
Also Present: Barry Buchanan
COMMITTEE DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
1. REQUEST AUTHORIZATION FOR THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT AMENDMENT BETWEEN WHATCOM COUNTY AND
THE CITY OF BELLINGHAM CONCERNING THE
BEN NETT /BAKERVIEW /AIRPORT DRIVE ANNEXATION (AB2018 -251)
Brenner moved to recommend approval to the full Council.
Matt Aamot, Planning and Development Services Department, gave a staff report.
The motion to approve carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Brenner, Byrd, and Donovan (3)
Nays: None (0)
OTHER BUSINESS
There was no other business.
