44 Bruce Van Glubt, District Court Probation, gave a staff report and answered
45 questions on extending the pilot project for electronic home monitoring, comparing results
46 with the cash bail statistics, data on similar programs in other jurisdictions, and the
47 possibility of expanding the program more than requested.

49 Bill Elfo, Sheriff, answered questions on the level of supervision given to these
50 pretrial program participants.

52 Curt Mount, Sheriff's Office, answered questions on the number of defendants using
53 electronic home monitoring.

3 electronic home monitoring program by $25,000, for a total of $75,000.
