Supplemental #2 requests funding from the Flood Control Zone District Fund.
1. To appropriate $250,000 in River and Flood to fund emergency /new projects.
2. To appropriate $500,000 in River and Flood to fund Nooksack River integrated floodplain
planning from grant proceeds.

RESOLUTION NO. 2018 -014
(A resolution of the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District Board of Supervisors)
AMENDMENT NO. 2 OF THE 2018 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 2018 budget for the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District and
Subzones was adopted December 5, 2017; and,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2018 budget;
and,
WHEREAS, the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Board of Supervisors,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Flood Control Zone
District Board of Supervisors that the 2018 budget as approved in Resolution 2017 -065 is
hereby amended by adding the following additional amounts to the budgets included therein:
