CALL TO ORDER
Committee Chair Tyler Byrd called the meeting to order at 2:23 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

Also Present: Tim Ballew, Rud Browne, Barry Buchanan, and Satpal Sidhu
COMMITTEE DISCUSSION
1. SEMI - ANNUAL REPORT FROM PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
(AB2018 -066)
Mark Personius, Planning and Development Services Department, submitted and
read from a presentation (on file). He answered questions on the new information that the
new permit software system will provide, the timeline for implementing the new software
program, permitting timelines, and a buildable land analysis.
