CALL TO ORDER
Committee Chair Barry Buchanan called the meeting to order at 2:40 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
ROLL CALL
Present: Barry Buchanan and Tyler Byrd
Absent: Satpal Sidhu
Also Present: Tim Ballew, Todd Donovan, and Rud Browne
COMMITTEE DISCUSSION
1. DISCUSSION REGARDING LOGISTICS OF FUTURE LISTENING
SESSION (AB2018 -087)
Buchanan updated the councilmembers and submitted the final advertising poster
(on file). He is finalizing a distribution plan for the posters. The consultant is working on a
draft of the survey. The first listening session tour is scheduled for next Tuesday.
OTHER BUSINESS
There was no other business.
