CALL TO ORDER
Committee Member Barbara Brenner called the meeting to order at 4:10 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

Present: Tim Ballew, Barbara Brenner, and Barry Buchanan
Absent: None
Also Present: Rud Browne, Tyler Byrd, Todd Donovan, and Satpal Sidhu
SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
1. NOMINATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE CHAIR (AB2018 -021)
Buchanan moved to nominate and appoint Barbara Brenner.
The motion carried by the following vote:
