Special County Council Meeting
January 9, 2018
CALL TO ORDER
Council Chair Barry Buchanan called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
ROLL CALL
Present: Barbara Brenner, Tyler Byrd, Satpal Sidhu, Todd Donovan, Rud
Browne and Barry Buchanan.
Absent: None.
SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
1. NOMINATION TO FILL AT -LARGE (B) VACANCY ON THE COUNTY
COUNCIL (AB2017 -389A)
Buchanan described the voting process the Council will use to make nominations.
Councilmembers selected three applicants each to be nominees.
