CALL TO ORDER
Council Member Barry Buchanan called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

39 Brenner moved that in general, the Public Works and Health Committee would
40 meet the first meeting of the month and the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee
