CALL TO ORDER
Committee Member Tyler Byrd called the meeting to order at 4:12 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.
ROLL CALL
Present: Barbara Brenner, Tyler Byrd, and Todd Donovan
Absent: None
Also Present: Tim Ballew, Rud Browne, Barry Buchanan, and Satpal Sidhu
SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
1. NOMINATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE CHAIR (AB2018 -021)
Brenner moved to nominate and appoint Tyler Byrd.
The motion to amend carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Brenner, Byrd, and Donovan (3)
Nays: None (0)
