Committee Member Todd Donovan called the meeting to order at 4:09 p.m. in the
Council Chambers, 311 Grand Avenue, Bellingham, Washington.

Present: Tim Ballew, Todd Donovan, Satpal Sidhu
Absent: None
Also Present: Barbara Brenner, Rud Browne, Barry Buchanan, and Tyler Byrd
SPECIAL. ORDER OF BUSINESS
1. NOMINATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE CHAIR (AB2018 -021)
Sidhu moved to nominate and appoint Todd Donovan.
The motion carried by the following vote:
