CONSIDERATION OF APPEAL OF THE HEARING EXAMINER'S DECISION ON FILE NO. SHR2015 -0003, FILED BY KRISTINE WILLIAMS AND THAD ANDERSON REGARDING DEMING SPEEDWAY ACCESS ROAD (AB2016 -367) Attorney Present: Karen Frakes Buchanan stated that discussion of agenda item one may take place in executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1)(i).
