RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE SALE OF WHATCOM COUNTY SURPLUS PROPERTY
PURSUANT TO WCC 1.10
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 30 , 2017 to discuss the sale of Whatcom County
property; and
WHEREAS, it was determined to be in the best interest of Whatcom County to sell the property listed in
Exhibit "A" and such property shall be sold by public auction after June 2017, subsequent to compliance
with the notice requirements of WCC 1.10.200: and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the property listed in Exhibit "A" be sold at public auction after
June 2017 pursuant to the notice requirements of WCC 1.10.200.
