40 Ryan answered questions on the number of permits being held up due to the rural
41 well restrictions; the natural resources assessment and permit process; impacts to County -
42 owned land from the winter's weather events; department workload and efficiency metrics;
43 continued discussion of the issue of fire flow and protecting life versus protecting property;
44 compelling good behavior by making people more aware of consequences; and types of fire
45 alarm systems.
