ORDINANCE NO. 2016 -065
CLOSING BEAVER CREEK STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS FUND 366
WHEREAS, on November 25, 2014 Ordinance 2014 -082 created the Beaver Creek
Stormwater Improvements Fund; and,
WHEREAS, the project was canceled due to the channel restoration work being
completed by the Sudden Valley Community Association; and,
WHEREAS, the project fund is no longer needed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the
Beaver Creek Stormwater Improvements Fund be dissolved.
