ORDINANCE NO. 2016 -063
CLOSING SLATER RD /NOOKSACK RIVER BRIDGE FUND 354
WHEREAS, on November 25, 2014 Ordinance 2014 -070 created the Slater Rd
Nooksack Bridge Fund and funded the project; and,
WHEREAS, the project was funded by a federal grant; and,
WHEREAS, the project has now been completed; and,
WHEREAS, the project fund is no longer needed; and,
WHEREAS, there is no remaining cash balance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the
Slater Rd /Nooksack River Bridge Fund be dissolved.
