Supplemental #2 requests funding from the General Fund.
1. To appropriate $100,000 in Assessor to fund continuation of appeal defense concerning refinery valuation.
2. To appropriate $10,000 in Council to fund Districting Master services.

3. To appropriate $78,333 to fund Sun House Renovation completion.

ORDINANCE NO. 2015 -054
AMENDMENT NO. 2 OF THE 2016 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 2015 -2016 budget was adopted November 25, 2014; and,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2015 -2016
budget; and,
WHEREAS, the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Whatcom County Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the 2015 -2016
Whatcom County Budget Ordinance #2014 -065 is hereby amended by adding the following
additional amounts to the 2016 budget included therein:
